Saturday 14th March 2015 the project “Borgo di Dio” – co-financed by Fondazione Con il Sud and coordinated by Centro per lo Sviluppo Creativo “Danilo Dolci” – has come to an end. In Trappeto, it was a day full of events, debates, games and music. The event has strongly involved local community and thanks also to the support of CESIE, Associazione Libera Palermo and of the Municipality of Trappeto, partners of the project, attracted a lot of visitors.
In this way Borgo di Dio has celebrated the final step of its growth by holding an art installation titled “Non flessi ma riflessi” as well as photo and painting exhibitions, a performance organised by Vincenzo Garifo and his Teatro dei Pupi, some concerts, workshops and shows for children. During the event was also launched the special issue of “Appunti per gli amici”, a well-known bulletin that wants to inform about the activities of Centro Borgo di Dio. In this occasion the bulletin has been republished to tell history, actuality and future perspectives of Borgo di Dio.
